Public litter bin needed, 31st May, B66 4RD

There is a chinese takeaway and a public house adjacent to each other neither has a public bin outside. I live on the junction of Gilbert Road and Shireland Road and every day find beer cans, glass bottles, pint glasses and takeaway boxes thrown onto my front lawn or on the pavement outside my property. This area really needs some large bins outside these public buildings. Previously, bins were outside both of these establishments but for someone reason have been removed?
